Isaiah 23:11-13

¹¹ He has ^(A)stretched His hand out ^(B)over the sea;
He has ^(C)made the kingdoms tremble;
Yahweh has given a command concerning Canaan to ^(D)demolish its strong defenses.

¹² So He said, “^(E)You shall exult no more, O crushed virgin daughter of Sidon.
Arise, pass over to ^[a](F)Cyprus; even there you will find no rest.”
